The Middle Eight

I grew up to the beat of electronic drums

Bahnahnahrahmah: "We're rawther busy."

The making of Love Comes:

Director: "The concept is making the girls look as fabulous as they always do." The truly amazing thing is how much Keren Woodward (aka Mrs. Andrew "Wham!" Ridgely) reminds me of Jennifer Saunders. It's the mouth. Watch at about 1:45.

And the final product:

The British flag dresses (2:50) are magifuckingsterial. Rule Britannia. Viva album out on September 14.

There surely must be a portrait of Keren and Sara as two old hags carefully hidden away in someone's attic because they don't seem to be aging at all. Viva Bananarama indeed!

'Love Comes' is a welcome addition to their long history of catchy singles. Bring on the new album, ladies!

They're actually only 47 and 48, thought Keren has a 23 yr old and Sarah has n 18 yr old.

What does it say about me that I'm more entertained by the F&S parody?

    Good taste in Brit wit?

And it appears that Viva will not be getting an immediate U.S. release. Which means by the time the label gets around to releasing it here, everybody who would be interested in it will already have a copy of it.

there was a rather amusing interview with them in Attitude this month (or Gay Times, one of the two). Let me know if you haven't seen it and I will scan it at work tomorrow ;)

This video illustrates very well why the 'nanas are so much better than say Madonna to use a lazy yet obvious comparison: The can make great pop records and look like they're enjoying it.

Well, the director did a super job at making these broads look hot. My dad would've loved it!

The video was filmed in an old pub turned studio called The Perch

Many moons ago I shot pop bands there. Like Blazin' Squad. lol
