Give me give me more

Did you trolls notice that Bitchin' Gwen's new single, 4 In The Morning, has been remixed by Stuart Price (as Jacques Lu Cont) and you can get it at NoDoubtWeb or Mixed Up In Glitter? It's about 7 minutes long and creates a new melody. It's not bad, but it's not Stuart's best work. Let's hope he's distracted by another blond.

That's an alternate Bazaar cover above. Check out the luxe shoes.

Yes, let's hope Stuart "brings it" on those Ashley Tisdale remixes!

I love the US Harpers BAZAAR front covers (I even like the way they kept the stool legs in shot). The styling, photography and minimal design are GORGEOUS. Our HARPERS Bazaar are so dull in comparison.

Don't tell me he is working with that Tisdale chick. No talent!

Re Harper's - it is interesting b/c there are two covers each month. One is always a shitty normal one and the other, which subscribers get, is always more like an Italian Vogue cover. I think that is the subcriber one above.

Oh...well, you said "let's hope he's distracted by another blond," and I assumed you meant one of our current, great performers like Ashley Tisdale or Paris Hilton or Brooke Hogan... I mean, who else is there, really?

Ah. I see. The shitty normal one is the publisher's version: "I know what works on the newsstand and it ain't art" and the stylish one is "Who cares, they've bought it anyway. Paint her goddamn freakin' pink for all I care". Interesting.

I am slightly ashamed to admit that I get the subscriber edition of Harper's Bazaar posted from the US. The one I just got (April) has got a weird, poorly lit shot of Reese Witherspoon in the most ghastly *custard-coloured* dress, smothered, no, drowned, in ruffles at the sleeves. Eeech. I think they 'painted her goddamn freakin' yellow for all they care'.

Always keen to hear what Stuart Price is up to, but find it interesting that nobody else hired him (or was able to?!) for songwriting work. I think The Great She keeps him locked up in an attic in Hampstead with an 8-track to generate new disco synth masterpieces 24-7, occasionally throwing him the odd Gwen remix to keep him out of mischief.

The US newstand cover with Reese was far, far worse. At least you had her lounging glamorously.
