i seriously thought jessica had sampled madonna in an ironic hung up sort of way... it has made me listen to holiday more. Maybe madonna will rerelease it for a fifth time in england....maybe jessica will cover it on jo whileys live lounge? am i being sarcastic? I can't even tell anymore...

I'm sure it was cleared before release. I doubt Sony would tempt a lawsuit, or would want to piss off her Madgesty.
